Payment:

We accept Paypal and Major Credit Cards checkout. You are not required to have a PayPal account to make payment. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

Shipping and Handling:

All prints and posters ship within 3 business day, unless otherwise stated for different product. We may need extra days for production of any large poster size and others merchandise. A confirmation email will be emailed to you when your order ships.

DOMESTIC ORDER
For domestic order Shipping with poslaju Malaysia, expect 3-5 business days for delivery after receiving your shipping confirmation.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER
For International shipping estimate 15-21 business day for delivery after receiving your shipping confirmation, and is subject to custom clearance and transport conditions.

We do offer FedEx International Priority at additional cost apply.

Refunds And Exchanges:

This product is custom printed especially for you, as soon as you order it. We triple check every step along the way to guarantee their quality. Although we cannot accept returns / refunds on these custom printed products, we’ll happily replace items that arrive damaged.

Please be aware of color variances between web and print and from monitor to monitor. If you have any concerns with your purchase, please contact me immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Note: Orders that are abandoned by the customer for any reason will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer’s expense.

Soon we will have a fulfillment center at Los Angeles that will be made and shipping our original poster (In specific size of large and frame) throughout Europe. This will shorten delivery times!

• International buyers are responsible for any customs fees and taxes.
• We can’t guarantee on shipping condition as some of our package get held in customs / post office and buyers are responsible to claim your goods.
• Orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer’s expense.
